Licensed Senior Stylist and Trainer Karolina Grzelewska. Dedicated to the passion and art of hairdressing since 1996, Trainer, Stylist, and expert in the field of hair colouring. Born in 1981 in Łódź, Karolina Grzelewska has actively participated in hairdressing training sessions organized by the L'Oréal Academy in Warsaw, London, and Manchester since 1996. She initially gained knowledge and experience working for the largest French salon chain in Europe, Hair-Coif. Between 2000 and 2005, she was trained by French stylists and pioneers in the art of hairdressing. She graduated from two hairdressing schools, earning the titles of Stylist, Journeyman, and later Master Hairdresser.

Karolina Grzelewska is an expert in colouring and a consultant in the field of Trichology (proper and professional scalp care, treatment, hair shaft reconstruction, and hair loss prevention). Since 2006, she has been a certified trainer and instructor. In 2008, she created her own brand, Hair-Life Professional UK, and has owned a salon in Nottingham since 2011. She is the creator of a franchise business project for her brand.

In 2015, she received an English certificate and distinction as a trainer and British Master Hairdresser awarded by the Hair Council. She is the first Polish woman to be listed in the official UK Hairdressing Master Register. She is a member of the British State Hairdressing Federation, Official Ambassador of the Japanese brand Kench-Blade in the UK. She is also an educator for the brands Nature-Eva, Hair-TOOX, Diana Beauty & Creative and Vitta-Gold.

Her salon, dedicated to demanding clients, has been authorized by L'Oréal Professionnel UK and later gained prestige, attracting clients and guests from distant cities such as Leeds, Hull, Birmingham, Oxford, Coventry, Mansfield, Northampton, Leicester, and others—some travelling up to 4 hours. The salon and brand: HAIR-LIFE PROFESSIONAL SALON & ACADEMY have been certified, enabling Master Karolina Grzelewska to conduct training sessions in the UK on hair care and shaft reconstruction, haircutting based on multiple cutting techniques, and modern colouring techniques.

Karolina Grzelewska is a registered and licensed educator with the UK Hairdressing Council and has signed numerous agreements related to curriculum implementation for the English Hairdressing School - College.

Since 2009, Karolina has actively participated in numerous shows and training sessions, organized Hair Road Shows, and conducted both individual and group training for hairdressers and those aspiring to join the hairdressing family.

She holds both Polish and British qualifications (M.E.N. and NARIC) as a Practical Vocational Instructor and Lecturer for non-formal education. She is an accredited educator in Poland and Europe, listed in the RIS registry, and in the UK on the official government website (GOV).

On January 1st, 2018, she decided to open another academy for hairdressers called ART Trends Hairdressing Academy, combined with the organization of the First Hairdressing Office & Polish Hairdressers' Association. It is the first academy in the UK where the trainers are renowned and top mentors from the world of hairdressing, invited as guest speakers to England.

In 2020, Karolina launched a project for testing and producing professional hair care cosmetics. In 2021, she began manufacturing and distributing products “by hairdressers for hairdressers and clients.” She is the producer of organic scalp and hair care products.

Since 2021, the Hair-Life Professional brand led by Karolina Grzelewska has been receiving numerous international awards. She invites celebrities, public figures, and artists to her salon. She is an international judge in the hairdressing sector and, as a judge and member of the hairdressing industry jury, organizes fashion and media events. Since 2022, she has led a team of 50 hairstylists and 20 MUA artists under the Ministry of Hairdressing UK project, supporting media and artistic events.

To this day, Karolina Grzelewska serves over 400 regular clients, trains new hairdressers from scratch, and runs 1:1 and group trainings for experienced stylists. Few professionals today still master Parisian cutting techniques. This May, Karolina will present her latest signature cutting techniques on stage at the Hilton Manchester SOS Expo 2025.
